General booster meetings of the WHSABC are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM in the Administration Building Conference Room at Wekiva High School, 2501 N. Hiawasee Road, Apopka, Florida.

1st YEAR ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- Contributed towards football pregame meals
- Staffed full concessions booths for football, basketball, baseball, fast & slow pitch softball, soccer (b & g), and flag football
- Hosted Homecoming Bar-BQ dinner
- Completed poinsettia fundraiser
- Designed & implemented WHSABC web site
- Paid for & decorated for the football banquet
- Hosted 1st annual Golf Fundraising Tournament
- Had booth at Apopka Fair (to sell Mustang Merchandise)
- Had booth at Apopka Foliage Festival (to sell food)
- Sold 1800 tacos in a bag – ie. sold quality food in the concession stand throughout the year
- Split cost of practice field irrigation system with AD
- Arranged for scissor lift at home football home games for video purposes
- Began school store: THE MANE CONNECTION to sell Mustang Merchandise which is fully operational throughout the year
- Contributed towards a sound system for boys baseball
- Contributed $1,000 towards boys basketball team summer camp expenses
